THE VACATION THAT COSTS LESS THAN STAYING HOME
What makes North Carolina Golf Vacations unique?
Unlike other destinations where price increase with the temperatures,
we remain very competitive any time of the year!
The package includes 6 days of golf and 7 nights accommodations. We offer many fine courses with
cart fee included. There is a $100 condo fee, which includes departure cleaning and linen.
What are the accommodations like?
The accommodations on Oak Island and on Magnolia Greens, are fully furnished, fully equipped condo villas,
spacious enough to accommodate four people. The villas at Oak Island have their private outdoor pool
and it is open from mid-May to the end of September.
What happens if there are less than four people?
If there are less than four, there is an additional charge of $100 per player. We do have a
non-golfer's fee which is one-half of the cost of a golf pkg.
When does the package begin?
Arrival day is Saturday after 3:00 p.m. Departure is the following Saturday by 9:00 a.m. Golfing days are
Sunday through Friday. Other arrangements may be made when availability permits it.
Is it possible to play on the day of arrival and/or on the day of departure?
Yes, it is possible. These are considered extra days over and above the regular package.
You'd pay for green and cart fees only.
What are the courses like?
Golfers who have vacationed in nearby Myrtle Beach know all about, The Founders Club, The Members Club,
The Players Club, Lion's Paw, Panther's Run, Tigers Eye, Leopards Chase, Lockwood Folly, Carolina National,
Magnolia Greens, Sea Trail Plantation, The Pearl, Oyster Bay, Rivers Edge, Cape Fear National and
The Reserve. You get great courses at a great value! Many of these courses are offered with no premium charges.
Are there any places to dine/shop?
Either destination, Magnolia Greens or Oak Island, abounds with shops and restaurants that cater to every taste
and budget. The condo villas boast full, well-stocked kitchens where meals can be prepared, if so desired.
What deposit is needed?
A $300 U.S. deposit per person is required in order to reserve the condo and to book your tee times.
The balance is due two weeks prior to departure.
How about playing more than eighteen holes a day?
Replays are offered on the same course on the same day. Replays are possible when bookings are made
well in advance and early tee times are negotiated for your morning round. Cost for replays varies
from course to course. The average cost is about $35 per person with cart.
Where are the nearest airports?
One can fly into Raleigh, N.C., which is two hours to Magnolia and two and a half hours to Oak Island.
The other options are to fly into Myrtle Beach or Wilmington. For Ontario residents, reasonably priced flights
can be negotiated out of Buffalo, N.Y.
Are packages available for less than six days ?
We have affiliations with numerous Inns in the Wilmington area and can arrange packages to suit your needs.
Can you just purchase green fee passes to these courses?
Yes, you can. We'd be glad to sell just the green fees at discounted rates.
Can you rent the villas without purchasing the golf package?
Yes, you can. Come and spend your vacation with us. Prices do vary according to seasons.

*A $300 security deposit per condo is required. No refunds or rain-checks issued for any unused portion of services.
